AN IMPORTANT CHANGE

Each October expect a property assessment

notice. At that time you will have 30 days to request a review of your Real Property Assessment.

             

On March 1, 2021 you’ll receive your

Real Property Tax Notice (bill) for payment by

May 31.

             

(Note:  This change is happening at the

recommendation of the Auditor General's suggestion for fair and transparent property assessment and 

property taxation.  Instructions should be 

included with the notice.)
