The position of the President and up to 3 board seats will be filled by election at the meeting: two 3-year Director positions and one single-year replacement Director position.

Nominations are accepted from all CIC members and all members (in good standing) are eligible candidates.

The official duties of the Board of Directors are described in Articles III and IV of the by-laws.  A more practical description of the duties of the President is included in the preliminary agenda (link below).​​​​

THE MEETING:

• The business meeting is open to all CIC members. [Guests may join the reception.]

• Only members in good standing are eligible to vote.

• There is no charge to attend the meeting.

• The meeting will be live-streamed via Zoom.
